Wordecks

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 30 September 2026

In short: Wordecks has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. Your learning progress stays on your devices and in your own iCloud, where we cannot see it. The only personal data we ever receive is what you send us by email.

Who is responsible

The controller of personal data for the Wordecks app and this website is Rabchun Maryia, reachable at [email protected].

What the app does not collect

Data that stays with you

Purchases

Subscriptions are sold and processed by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your payment details. The app only checks with Apple, on your device, whether a subscription is active.

When you email us

If you contact support, we receive your email address, your message and anything you attach. When you use Send feedback in the app, the draft also contains basic technical details that you can see and delete before sending: app version, iOS version, device model, app and translation language, and subscription status (free, trial or Premium).

We use this only to answer you and fix problems, on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing support (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep support emails for up to 24 months, then delete them. Our email is received through Cloudflare Email Routing and stored in our mailbox provider (Google).

This website

This site uses no cookies and no analytics. It is hosted on Cloudflare Pages; like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the page and protect it from abuse.

Children

Wordecks is a general learning app and does not collect personal data from anyone, including children.

Your rights

If you live in the European Economic Area, the UK or a country with similar laws, you can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you (in practice, support emails), to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy of it. Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to your local data protection authority; in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

To delete your learning progress, use Settings → Reset progress in the app, or remove the app's data in iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be mentioned in the app's release notes.
